Sam stared at her for a moment before she shook her head. "No, he didn't force me,"
Briony's eyes went wide. Sam was not lying.
"He doesn't even know you are here. He was too busy at the facility to know what was going on in this house. Anyway, even if he is not busy, he wouldn't bother to care what I am up to. Aldrich forced me to," Sam said.
Her last words made Briony snap her head in the direction of the other room. She icily stared at the one-way glass window. If only her eyes could release some kind of laser or something that could injure or kill the man in the other room, she would do so. Her anger towards the man just spiked up.
"Briony," Sam called her back to her attention in a beseeching way. She tore her gaze away from the one-way mirror and looked back at Sam.
"I never intend for this to happen. Aldrich didn't want this as well. But he needs you. He needs your DNA," Sam said.
