"What happened to her?" Luc asked in a lifeless voice. Seeing Brina in that state feels like his own life was also sucked out of him. He had also taken Briony's place beside Brina. One of his hands is holding Brina's hand while the other is stroking her hair that had turned dull in color.
"Recently, we found out that our lineage came from a powerful witch," Brylee took the initiative to explain by starting at the beginning. She told Luc everything since it looks like her parents, uncle, and Bell had already told him everything about him and Brina's relationship.
