Brina drove her car back to their house. It was already close to midnight. Her parents could've been calling her already wondering where she was if it wasn't for Lydia who called them earlier and told them that Brina is with her accompanying her and the twins while Lorcan is still out for work.
Daniella and Rowan understand that when they say that Lorcan is out for work, he was out hunting fugitives.
Brina's help was not necessarily needed in taking Renata to Astraea. At first, yes, it was needed to find her location but once she found her and as soon as they were in front of Renata, she was less needed.
But she still stayed because she wanted to make sure that no interference would take place and thankfully, they were able to take Renata to Astraea.
Brina has to stay back at Lorcan's place to actually accompany Lydia until Lorcan comes home. Lydia was telling her to go home already because it was already deep into the night but Brina insisted.
