But it was not the answer the Bell wanted to hear. She pulled him from the floor and threw his body forcefully on the wall before she pinned him with her hand on his neck.

Bell's ears started to ring. Her palm has been itching ever since she saw Ava walk out of Xander's office and she cannot even use her lightning or electricity to do something about it. So, she will resort to physical violence.
And Avar just happened to be the right person for Bell to lose her logic.
Brylee and Bianca shook their heads as they watched Bell beat the life out of the poor man inside the cell. It was just so unfortunate that Avar didn't possess a gift that his father had. So he cannot protect himself from a war machine like Bell.
