Yggdrasil contacted Frank out of nowhere, apparently there was something forcing her to go berserk for some reason! There was some sort of power within her, or "something" that she called that was making her go insane, to the point that any plants began to obey this insanity and went berserk as well, attempting to attack anything. This was perhaps the major reason they became berserk, although his Job still enhanced their power, and also that of Yggdrasil herself. Apparently, something inside of her "awakened" this "something" seemed to not be part of her but was inside of her nonetheless, and when it awakened thanks to the boost in power she received from Frank's new Job, it made her go insane.
