"W-Why..." John groaned as his eyes slowly closed, as his vision faded to black, showing that he finally passed out. Not even a second later, the pressure around everyone instantly reverted to its original state. "To save a friend, idiot..." Tim said with a smile. He released a breath as he took a step back. His flesh cracked even more, which caused him to wince in pain.
"That's..." Vermillion was speechless, stunned even since he didn't think Tim would even be able to stop John. Vermillion did not believe for a second that Tim would touch him, and yet he was proven wrong. Perhaps, he was wrong about them, or rather, Tim.
"Good job, Tim." Vin said with an approving nod, not once did he doubt Tim could save John. Lilly, Katelynn, and Lucy were relieved as well, knowing that everything would be fine. Lilly collapsed out of exhaustion onto her legs due to worrying; meanwhile, Lucy released a breath of relief.
