"Are you going to shoot or not, Ire?" Aira asked again, this time with a soft smile curving across her lips from behind her veil. Ire did not shake; his finger did not twitch. In fact, he looked utterly still and calm; however, the inside was a different story. His emotions were conflicting. He knew this wouldn't be easy. He loved that woman more than anything, which was why he couldn't pull the trigger.
Aira understood this and got up. She approached Ire and stood in front of him only to remove her veil. The soft look in her eyes and a warm smile on her face shattered Ire, causing him to struggle even more. His hand began to shiver, and his finger began to twitch. Once more, memories of his time with Aira flooded his mind, all of her smiles and joy-filled expressions, even her upset faces. All of it was there, and it made him struggle.
