It was found that many Factions went to war with each other, raiding and slaughtering each other for food, water, and materials. During this time, bugs and undead began to mutate. The mutations became common compared to the just undead and giant bugs that reigned before.
It wasn't just in this particular area, no, far from it. All of this was happening worldwide, but the only ones not affected were those of the New World Order. Once again, the world descended into chaos, and once again, destruction reigned supreme. People became less trusting and more aggressive.
