Luke rushed as fast as he could to Alex. He had a terrible feeling run throughout his body like a chill. He was hoping his intuition was off this time around, but knowing his luck, it never was. The man reached Alex's place and saw that the door was left open. Right away, Luke knew something wasn't right. So, he entered the home and called out to Alex knowing that this would most likely alert anyone in the house. Still, if there was a chance of saving anyone, it was better than doing nothing.
The home was relatively small, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all combined into one. There were only two actual rooms, one was the master bedroom, and the other was a guest room. There was only one bathroom, and that was right outside of the master bedroom. All Luke had to do was enter the living area, where he saw Alex standing over a body with a kitchen knife in his hands.
