Thunderous roars echoed throughout the Ruined City. Blinding lights flashed ferociously as lighting bolts clashed with what looked like a dome made of water. Ryan was sweating profusely since he was consuming a lot of energy. He dropped onto one knee, breathing heavily as his arms started to ache. "I can't keep this up..." Ryan groaned, he was hoping he could outlast the barrage of lightning bolts, but it seemed like the lighting-type creature had an infinite source of energy.
Henry and Noah finally recovered from their blindness only to see what was going on. Noah made multiple pairs of goggles for both Ryan and Henry so that the lighting strikes wouldn't blind them, nor would they need to shield their eyes. "Is this what we are dealing with?" Henry said as he looked around, seeing nothing but lightning bolts rain from all directions.
