"Heh..." Boss smirked as he managed to evade one of the massive spikes that came from the golem. Well, avoid probably was not the best word to use. It was more like he got lucky. Perhaps Lady Luck decided to embrace him just this once. Still, the wind pressure from the spike pushed him away from the platform he was hovering over and towards a different one.
His landing was not graceful. He went tumbling and rolling around until he reached the edge, where he managed to not fall off by taking hold of the edge of the platform with one good arm. He pulled himself up with the single good arm he had since his other arm had been broken due to the spike. It nicked him, which was one of the many factors into his current disposition. As he got back onto the platform, he crouched there and examined his arm. "Looks like this one will be out of commission. Hopefully, Nurse Natalie can patch me up." Boss said before looking around at the others.
