"I am not sure.." Rose finally replied to Ion. She didn't know what to say because she was still regaining an understanding of her emotions and their value. Therefore she answered in the most honest way possible. Ion understood what she meant. It wasn't that she couldn't or wouldn't do it again. It was that she was unsure if she would or would not. Ion didn't expect her to give him an honest answer.
He asked her such a question to try and show her the weight of taking a life. Which seemed to work since Rose understood what he meant. "Well, who can say. I know I would feel off if I ever had to relive that moment." Ion spoke with a sigh and shake of his head.
Jessica knew what Ion meant since she knew what he was talking about. It had been the first time he had ever actually completely lost it. After the first match back in that arena nearly two years ago, Ion wasn't prepared for the second match to start so soon.
