The evolution processes of Seed Powers that had been determined and named by the people of Gaia, mainly the New World Government, went from Rooting, Seedling, Budding, and Blooming. These were the four basic stages of a Seed Power. A final stage that they knew of was called Final Blossom. Unlike the first four basic stages, which could be obtained over time through dedication and hard work, Final Blossom took even longer without a drug manufactured by the New World Government.
The rooting phase was, of course, the awakening of a Seed Power.
The seedling phase was when someone was learning their Seed Power.
The budding phase was when someone was getting used to their Seed Power.
The blooming phase was when someone was evolving their Seed Power.
