"Good catch." Boss said with a nod before answering, "If she hasn't received damage within a minute, her power boost will begin to decline. But, before you go thinking she can inflict damage on herself or even accumulate damage in another way, she can't. Self-Harm prevents her from accumulating damage. She has to accumulate damage from outside sources. In addition to that, she believes that if the damage she receives from the outside source isn't as strong or stronger from the latest damage she received, then it won't add to the accumulation." Boss explained as best he could. Of course, he was only explaining what Jen told him.
