Somewhere in the middle of nowhere was a fortress. Just from looking at the tall gates outside of this fortress, one would call it imposing. Tall walls with massive turrets along the top protected the inside, which housed several buildings and personal ranging from civilian to military. Patrols were out and about, and even training was ongoing. If that wasn't enough, there were guards outside of these walls as well.
To add, there was a massive tower in the center of this fortress that was far too tall to be a building and didn't even look like one. Even with all of this, the inside was just as imposing. Housing thousands of trained personal with many offensive Seed Powers, anyone invading this fortress would be considered foolish.
