Noah and several others decided to work on the base. Dillian was part of that equation as well. Since the land was prepared for sculpting, Noah asked Dillian to build the basis of several structures. A walling perimeter around their prison to be used as the first line of defense. The wall wasn't set out too wide since they could just create doorways later on if need be.
So, it was just set to keep the base protected from outside attacks and sieges. This took several hours to accomplish, so Noah had Dillian create the basis for the garage first. That way, the others could help put the garage together. Of course, once Dillian finished with the garage, he started on the outer walls for the prison. Once he finished those walls, he worked on the prison walls. Upgrading them to a tougher structure.
