The nurse pressed her lips together as she considered her next words.
"I won't lie to you. The boys are in pretty bad shape. Their magikal energies were so depleted that they were starting to cannibalize their own flesh just to keep their magik energies from draining to nothing.
It's a good thing they have plenty of muscles to pull from, but it's going to take awhile for them to recover the mass they have lost."
