Adrianne's eyes widened in shock at what she heard. Josefano's son? Does that man have a kid? She didn't know that. She thought Josefano was not dating anyone in the past. But then, she really didn't care at all way back.
"Nice to meet you, Russel," Her lips quirked, showing a smile at the two people in front of her.
The man bowed his head again before a happy expression crossed his eyes. "It's nice to meet you too, Your Highness,"
Nodding her head, Adrianne glanced over Seraphine who looks happy at the conversation that went in. Russel took a step closer to the bed. In there he placed the bowl of medicine in front of the table.
"This is a tonic to help your body gather its strength, again," Russel uttered as his eyes focused its stares on the bowl.
