Ji Ru hurried along the corridor, hastily greeting a few people as he went. As soon as he got to his room, he scurried in and slammed it shut, breathing a heavy sigh of relief.
He'd been holding Tai Yang against his chest so that the little person didn't snap his neck while they ran off.
Tai Yang looked up and adjusted his glasses that had become skewed.
"Tai Yang… Sunshine… I think it's time you and I talked." Ji Ru said, looking at him with a serious expression. Tai Yang stared at him quietly.
'Tai Yang, you silly goat. This is what you get for eating so much. You couldn't sleep well from indigestion and you ended up saying something silly from the tiredness!'
Ji Ru glanced around his newly refurbished room. It was almost identical to how it was before, save for a few items here and there that Li Wei couldn't replace. "Let's sit." Ji Ru kicked off his boots and padded over to his bed, then carefully climbed on as he held Tai Yang.
