Still at Donald's apartment...
"Mindy… Mindy… are you alright?" Donald rushed up to his young wife laying on the floor as she tries to get up in a sitting position. Victor and his men had suddenly disappeared from the apartment without a trace but left something that will haunt Donald while he tries to fulfil his deal.
"We are alright-" She responded, and Donald paused mid-way from touching her. He thought he heard wrong when she said 'we are okay' but decides to ask again.
"What? Mindy, are you okay? Did Victor or his men do something to you while you were there?" Donald asked her while feeling her face and arms for any sign of injuries. When he could not find any, he set a reminder in his head to get her checked at the hospital.
"They did nothing to me except starve me for a short amount of time." Mindy answered in a small voice.
