The review test continued for the next hour and a half. Nola was, by far, the worst student in the class. Sky winced for her and tried to make her feel better as she sat amid the snickers of their classmates.
When the tests were finished, Instructor Drakkon demonstrated the week one exercises again and then told them to study. Sky was going to go to the practice room, but Dain asked her to work in the classroom with him, so she did. She felt awkward and uncomfortable as she found a majority of her classmates watching her. Dain told her to ignore them. She did her best but eventually the two of them went into the practice room to study.

At Combat Training that afternoon, Sky had two more fights, which she lost. During her first fight her opponent filled her lungs with water which was a new and painful experience for her. She coughed and coughed, but she couldn't clear her lungs of the liquid. Then she lost consciousness.
