The fierce wind hit right across Jiang Ying Yue's face as she tried to not get pulled away along with the storm. They surely didn't choose the right day to visit the Dragon King of the North Sea. But they didn't have much time to waste either.
It had been nearly a month since the Mid-Autumn Festival and the weather had turned completely cold. Winter had arrived and according to the predictions, there would be heavy snow in a week or so.
The North Sea always got covered in a thick layer of snow over the frozen surface of the sea that worked as a barrier to keep the extreme cold from affecting those living below the surface. To keep accidents from happening, the Dragon King closed the North Sea for four months every winter season, stopping anyone from visiting no matter how important the matter behind the meeting could be.
