The Angelic Peace Corps does in fact oppose the Gelhinna Empire. The way it does so is pretty different than what anyone might assume.
"We dislike the Gelhinna's ruthlessness and their one-sided perspective," Fargani explains calmly. "The Angelic Peace Corp will help anyone in need after they have suffered at the hands of the Gelhinna Empire. We do not discriminate."
"…So you will help criminals and terrorists too," Mo Yinan elaborates. It's not an accusation, because, in reality, he could not care less either.
"That's correct," Fargani nods. "Whether or not we are moral, whether or not we will lay the foundations for anything good in the future…well that is not our concern."
Mo Yinan understands this kind of twisted logic better than he can understand those who are righteous. So he only nods in understanding. "No wonder the Angelic Peace Corps gets associated with so many different incidents."
