Chapter 145 - Bounty I

Asd wanted to hide the salvation behind a hill, or at least he had hoped the terrain around Corum would have been varied enough that a place to dock his ship would have presented itself. However, it was totally out of his expectation when he came face to face with a sea of tents and anchored airships around city walls that were at least twenty meters in height. There were ramparts with patrolling guards, each armed with mana rifles and spears, while others had swords or small pistols. Then there were the cannons lining the walls and what seemed to be mage towers with massive oblong crystals on their roofs, pulsing brightly with rune formations.
