Chapter 121 - Deals By Blood I

Asd shifted to the side as an elf fell down from the bridge above him with his entire shoulder missing, the elf fell with a dull thud as blood splattered all over Asd's body. the impact of the elf falling on the bridge jolted Asd, but he was able to keep a rein on his emotions as for some reason he didn't want to seem weak in front of Rhea. Perhaps the sudden change of character wasn't required, but to order the complete massacre of all of the intruders would require and extreme outlook…. It wasn't an outlook Asd had, but he would play the part he has been given, because even if the quest didn't show the consequences for failing, he has lived long enough amongst people to know, how letting potential enemies go would come back and bite him in the ass.
