Asd didn't think that he would be able to do much with a weapon, not against this so called hellhound anyways, but just to err on the side of caution he still took his massive sword along. In all honesty the more Asd thought about it, the more he felt the large sword was completely unsuited for him, sure it was a cool weapon, but he had found more comfort from squeezing the trigger o mana rifle than swinging a sword. If he had something like that in hand it would have made it all the better, and ironically enough there were some guns in the ship, but he hadn't had the time to get in and grab it, especially since he didn't want the mages from the academy to see anything within the [Salvation].
