They all dragged themselves out of the river, resting on the bank of dead grass as they tried to reorient themselves. Asd took a deep breath as he turned his gaze to Rhea who was still heaving besides him. Everyone else was in a better state than she was, even Professor Mona who dismissed the remnants of her flickering barrier. From the look of things, she was almost to the limit too, there was only so much magic available for her to defend herself from traps, stray spells, and an unplanned foray underwater. It also seemed to prove a theory of Asd that the moon elf was probably no stronger than 3rd circle mage, what she had going for her was knowledge and being some sort of attendant to the emperor.
