Chapter 79 - Wind At My Back

Debris of wrecked ships fell from the sky, some of them were still intact, and much to his surprise some of them actually floated in the air, seemingly caught by whatever sort of gravity that made the islands of the Lorian Archipelago float. It was an annoying experience, as Asd had weave and turn and twist and evade each and every one of those aircrafts as he made his accent and made a beeline for the barrier. Not all the ships were destroyed in the Mistress's psychic scream a few seconds ago, but there was now a whole lot less o them on Asd's tail, and the others were debilitated and caught off guard for a few precious moments from the scream, allowing Asd to put a big gap between himself and them. and since they can't close the distance, they've resorted to just firing missiles at him.
