Chapter 61 - Spells

Asd ran past a building and quickly ducked into it, it was just his luck to notice an alcove under a dilapidated set of stairs. He quickly ran to it and even luckily discovered it had been broken through, exposing a three meter drop that led to the basement of the building. He quickly dropped down into it, landing with a loud thud that raised up a cloud of dust. He took a labored breath as he dragged himself to a corner, holding his breath and trying to stave off the stream of memories that rushed through his head. it took a herculean effort on his part, but by the time he was done he was breathing even more deeply and his entire body was drenched in sweat.
