Chapter 66 - Elihim's Daily Routine

The following morning, Elihim woke up. He stretched and had rested well so he was ready to do his morning routine.

In this early morning where the sun had yet to rise up, the first thing he would do was test his skills. Practice for two hours with twenty minutes of rest in the middle. Even though it's practice, he would give his all, pushing himself to the limit, further extending his stamina.

Of course, the extent of his power now is too much for him to stay silent and that's why he would practice in the Death Palace, killing Death Dwellers on the way would keep his mind clear and relaxed.

"Just overcome fear itself to defeat the Death Dwellers." he reminded himself. He had learned to control his fear when he was at the World of Soul. Now, he was using it quite well. Furthermore, that was just the first step of overcoming the Death Dwellers' mind-invading skills.

Back then, he was curious about everything in this world so he decided to travel. The moment his stamina would almost reach half, he would return to his home at full speed. This is also a form of training.

Also, he had Drake and Jake and their whole army of pigeons scouting around the mountain. If Ellie or his parents were to be in danger, he would already be there before it would happen.

This time, Elihim didn't do much since he skipped this routine for a week or so. Therefore, he was back home early on. The Death Palace was the best place for him to train since almost no other person was there except for the barbarians. But that barbarians may be reckless, they are also fearful about the Death Dwellers.

His power increases without anyone knowing and that was for the best. Some many birds were hit with that on stone, therefore, Elihim knew the Death Palace quite well, albeit, he only explored the boundary and had yet to go deeper as even he sensed something dangerous pass the Death Dwellers.

Yes, Death Dwellers are not the only residents of the Death Palace unbeknownst to the people of Reland. How would they figure that out? Even encountering one Death Dweller would be enough to cull their lives, who would be so dumb to just charge in and see past that?

Now that Elihim was back, he took a bath which he rarely does. Not because he doesn't keep his hygiene but with passive Puppeteering, he could stay clean as much as he wants. But to push himself to the limit, he would need to focus everything on training, therefore, he was dirty at the moment.

-Creation-

A set of clothing appeared around Elihim after bathing himself in the river. He could just create water to conveniently clean himself but immersing himself in nature would be a time of relaxation and it would endlessly remind him that he's not all-powerful. For example, he had yet to have the power to ever the flow of the whole river.

Even Elihim himself knew that he couldn't do everything on his own. If he could, he would have a perfect life by now...

Anyway, he returned to the cave while the sun was just coming out of the horizon. The darkness of the night did not hinder Elihim one bit. With sunlight covering the lands, it was the same as ever for him. Once he returned to the cave, as expected, Ellie was still sleeping.

But it seemed that she had already woken up once since her position changed but just felt comfortable that she didn't get up from bed. Elihim had to fix the blanket, covering him.

Ellie's eyes opened and looked at Elihim. She smiled before returning to sleep.

'So she's already aware that I always go out at this time, huh? Why is this simple creature keep surprising me out of all things?'

He thought as he makes breakfast.

Elihim made sure that the breakfast was balanced with complete nutrients and was delicious at the same time.

While waiting for the pot to cook the meal, Elihim would then meditate and after a while, he chuckled.

"So he finally realized..."

Elihim had already reached the Creation Stage before he even got his memories back. Therefore, once he remembered a piece of everything, he began looking past what the Imagis in this world think of as the limit.

What if... not only physical objects but... an Imagi had also the power to manipulate conceptual objects? For example, time, reality, or fate. These three are completely out of the realm of what Imagis think of as reachable.

However, Hauduin Genzen is a Fate Imagi...

When Elihim considered the possibility that there are other Imagis out there that can be disruptive to him, he began to take measures.

Concepts? Elihim even created some in his past lives, however, this time, it's not just theoretical. Concepts are just the explanation of nature itself that has no objective measures. Therefore, is it subjective? Not exactly.

Well, not to complicate things. Elihim found that introspection is the best way to get these concepts. Human itself is nature. Understanding the self is the first question of philosophy.

It was not simple by any means. Hauduin just had the luck to have enlightenment in his life to perceive fate. However, even with this enlightenment, he could only see some of the future, predict, guess, speculate... but not really manipulate it.

This is the same for Elihim, for this matter, it's not about just bending spoons, it's about bending reality. Hauduin was just looking at it but he cannot change anything on it. Yet, that was enough to be called a Fate Imagi.

That was not enough for Elihim. But the reality was disappointing. Elihim's imaginative power was not enough to bend the rules of nature. He had to take other measures, like using [Law].

For the war, he needs to prepare the Hramm City. He already knew that the Emeralkan Academy has low standards, it's just that... witnessing it himself was quite a shock- it was lower than he expected.

Then there's Hresha, another encounter he did not expect. After all, she just became interested in him by chance. Elihim does not have the power to calculate every single thing. But he welcomed her as a gain, not a loss.

Getting straight to the point, since Hauduin could only see fate, Elihim didn't need to change fate itself, he just needs to put something in front of the old man's eyes, hiding the true fate. To do this, he even feigned ignorance when he talked Merim about it.

Seeing the 'opportunity', Hauduin sent Emeralkan for a 'weird event'

This weird event was Elihim's main point in all of this.

To prepare for war.

War of attrition during the storm.

Meat stocks will become essential and with this small factor, it will tilt the future outcomes.

Elihim finished meditating, seeing through time and space. The meal was ready and he prepared it before Ellie came out of her room.

"Gooooooodmorninggggg!!"

She shouted as if there was an occasion but it was just a normal day for the siblings.
