Dara, on the other hand, was in a state of subtle shock. He had just realized that his senses could actually pick up subtle commotions happening over a hundred meters away.
His ears could pick out the subtle crunching sounds, and his nose could detect the retching odour of sweaty and hairless beings; the wild scent that every single hardened warrior gave off.
His ears could pick up the slight vibrations of unhappy grunts. Dara signaled the two tribesmen behind him before whispering.
"Into the leaves and wait for my signal. Conceal yourselves perfectly. You two would be the core of our attack." He explained in low tone as the duo dropped out of the trees like fruits from the tree.
After plunging into the waist high level of dead leaves, the duo then buried themselves within the dried leaves and just as they did so, a slight breeze brushed through this part of the dense forest and evened the levels of the leaves.
