Brandishing the tree trunk in its hand, the Ape took an aggressive but accurate swing towards the attack;

The tree burst into splinters of wood whilst the arrow itself cracked and shattered mid-air.
Looking towards the direction the attack had come from, the Ape suddenly saw the silhouette of the weak Dara who was currently using his qi to heal himself and was momentarily unable to spare any amount of it to maintain his camouflage.
The Ape saw him and barged towards him in fury.
But just as it took its first step, it stumbled slightly and dropped to its knees.
Looking at its legs, the Ape found another arrow stuck into its left thigh, and it had just finished pumping it full of death qi.

It pulled out the arrow and staggered slightly as its left leg began to lose strength.
