At this moment in time,thanks to the efforts for Zhen Hai and Zhen Feng, the galleon was filled with the recently liberated prisoners of the Fallen that didn't have anywhere else to go...yet.
Normally, after a prison break like the one they went through, they would've been deposited to the nearest city to try and regain their bearings and contact home. However, before they could do just that, their liberators had informed them they would need to wait a couple minutes longer before getting off the ship.
As for why that was the case, well, they were seeing it for themselves.
