While this wasn't the first time Undertow was attacked by outside warriors, this was the first time he had seen any of them attempt to surf a tidal wave into the city.
In retrospect, it kind of made sense.
Most other warriors would need to worry about blocking the wave or blocking the warriors in such a situation...but not Tortallion.
As the Storm Knights' defensive specialist, he was more than capable of-
