Still, it was clear that the one who had been killing the reformed criminals, would-be criminals and minor offenders was not Fade but someone who was obsessed with him.

Unlike, Fade who kills the wicked for a price that only moves when paid, on the other hand, this person, the fake kills all criminals no matter the crime, even one as insignificant as a minor misdemeanor.
Fade's name was cleared but the fear in Leim City was not only for the criminals but even the normal citizens as well. Still, some people didn't care about the situation since the only people being killed were criminals.
