Every young martial artist at this time was practicing hard for the upcoming tournaments. During this period the cities in the country became very festive and a lot of martial artists started to make different moves. Due to the hype of the upcoming events there have been many cases of martial artists suddenly starting duels in the streets.
At the moment the duels were rather tame and the use of inner energy was minimal, but things might escalate so the Police Department partnered up with the local military bases to ensure the safety of the normal citizens.
Matsuri did not want to be assigned to breaking up fights in the street as she was still in pursuit of Fade.
