"Szeina."
Music.
"Szeina."
Soft music.
"Come to me." The voice echoed, resonating in Szeina's head as her eyes slowly fluttered open.
Crickets.
The sound of crickets registered in her hearing and she instantly wondered what was happening and where she was.
Her body felt heavy.
If not for the voice calling out to her, she would have remained unconscious.
"Szeina!" A more familiar voice caught her attention. Catching sight of the stormy-like eyes that stared at her with worry, she propped herself to get up.
Yvann's firm hands guided her and had her to sit.
Blinking, Szeina assessed her surroundings.
A small fire fueled by small sticks crackled to life and kept her warm. She and Yvann and four others who were with them.
Water trickled down from somewhere far, the thick walls of the cave they were in permitting only a faint sound to echo.
