"Everything the victim's father asked us to do." He answered me. "There was a reason why I asked him about it."
How was he going to make it all better by doing the same to someone else? Would it not rather start a vicious cycle?
"Genevieve," I turned to him, "be ready for tomorrow. I want you to be a prime participant."
"Prime participant?" I repeated after him as I looked at him before I said the anger bubble inside me.
Why did you want me to become an active participant in this? Was it because of what happened to me?
I stood still and once he noticed that I had stopped working he turned around, "Tristan took my revenge and I do not want to talk about it ever again." I firmly told him as my eyes glazed with the anger I felt inside.
