For the next few days, I tried to keep my mind off of the subject of Tristan by taking care of the prince who had occupied the time of Dorothy, Mrs Walter and I.
Sir Walter had decided to go back to the library. I was told by him that he had asked for a leave of absence just so he could make sure that I was safely on the way to my country.
With what I had done and left the vampires in, it was obvious that he could not be gone for longer than he had asked. So, ultimately he went back to the library along with his two sons and we three were left behind to take care of the prince.
Mrs Walter had gladly accepted the fact that she had a third son to take care of. The third son was very much like a baby who needed to be spoon fed everything by her hand.
"There you go," she fed him another spoonful of the porridge she had made for him, " this is the last bite." She said for the third time before placing another spoon in front of his lips.
