(Megan POV)
When Marcus was telling Joe what he is doing wrong, I eat what Alice makes. As I was doing it, I looked at her. When she rolled her eyes, I smiled, and then I pointed to the back. When she saw it, she nodded, and then we walked there.
When we sit on the couch, she looked at me, and then she said, "again."
"Yea, did Marcus have told you more about how he meets Joe?" I asked.
"Until high school schoolmates and then desk mates. Before Joe needed to take a year off, to go out from the hospital," she said.
"Oh fuck it, was so serious," I asked.
"Yea, you should remember this clip," she said.
"Yes, don't even remain, me about it," I said while shaking, and then I come back to eating food which I was holding. When I was doing it, Marcus has done talking there, and when he comes to us, he said: "babe, look at him, he needs to work, eat at least twice three times would be perfect."
"I can manage myself," Joe said.
"No, you will not," Marcus said, and when he looked at Alice, he continues, "and vitamins."
"You are becoming his mother," Alice said.
"Oh, be quiet from what I know now, he almost doesn't eat and overwork himself earlier, now I don't know," Marcus said, and when he takes a deep breath, he added, "good that you can finally walk normally."
"Yes," Joe said while standing on his one leg, and when he was doing it, Marcus said, "go eat now."
"OK," Joe said, and when he grabbed food from the table, he walked to the kitchen, which was a little away from us. As I observed him, Marcus looked at me, and then he said, "Megan looks at him, he might be quiet now, but his world changed after this day, he changed so much."
"OK," I said to him while looking at Marcus, and when I had done eating, he said, "and you should eat some vitamins too."
"I'm eating still those which you told me," I said.
"It was two years ago when last time you opened them," he asked.
"I don't remember I'm just busy, and I need to go to the event today," I said slowly, feeling better after what has happened yesterday, and this morning. When I looked at them, I said, "I will go and take a shower."
"OK," Alice said, and when I walked to the bathroom, I started taking it.
In the kitchen. (Joe POV)
When I was eating, Marcus comes, and when he looked at me, he said, "you eat almost nothing."
"I told you many times that I'm not hungry. Time to eat will come in a few hours," I said while turning my head to him, but then once again, pain comes to me. When it happened, he looked at me, and said, "eat."
"I'm doing it," I said while looking at the plate, and then I slowly started forcing myself to eat. As this was happening, I could feel that pain in my knee started becoming bigger and bigger. While feeling it, I looked at Marcus, and then I said, "can you give me an ice."
"Knee," he asked.
"Yes," I said, and when he walked to me, he said, "let me see it."
"OK," I said to him, and when we walked back to the bedroom, I lay, and when I take shorts down, I could see that it's purple. While seeing it, he said, "bad news."
"What happened," I asked.
"You need to stay in bed for now," he said, and when Alice come, she gave me ice, and when I put it close to it, he said, "how is it with your blood tests."
"All were in normal," I said while the last time I barely passed, and it was on edge.
"That's good," he said, and when I looked at him, the boss said, "so how is Joe's knee."
"Bad," Marcus said.
"Oh, don't talk like that it, was in a much worse state," I said.
"Alcohol doesn't let you heal," he said.
"Oh well," I said while shaking my head, and then I could hear that my phone rang. While hearing it, I looked at Marcus, and I said, "can you give it, to me."
"OK," he said, and when I looked at the caller, I answered, and then I said, "what's up."
"Where are you," Matt asked me.
"On the walk, I don't know when I will be back," I said.
"OK," he said, and when he hangs out, Marcus looked at me, and then he asked, "who."
"Matt," I said.
"You still hang out with him?" he asked.
"Yes, only one who left close to me," I said.
"Oh, OK," he said, and when I could see that his expression changed, he said, "Megan, he needs to stay here for at least ten hours."
"OK," the boss said to him.
"I need to talk with you," Marcus said, and when he looked at Alice, she nodded, and when they walked out, I lay while covering my face with my arm, and then tears started going out from pain which rises so much that I couldn't hold anymore.
In the living room. (Megan POV)
When we walked out, I looked at Marcus, and then he said, "babe, check Matthew McKey."
"Why," she asked.
"I have a bad feeling about him," Marcus said.
"OK," Alice said, and when she takes her phone to start checking it. When she was doing it, I looked at him, and then I asked, "so tell me, how is Joe."
"Like I was telling, it looks bad, but after rest, he should recover a little, but his habit of eating will kill him soon," Marcus said.
"Oh, why," I asked.
"He doesn't eat properly. Probably much fewer calories than a normal person, and what is more important, I can see that he is too skinny," he said.
"I was surprised about it at first too," I said, while remembering our first meeting.
"Yes, good that I found about it now," he said while shaking his head, and when he takes a deep breath, he added, "I didn't know that his life becomes so bad if only I keep contact with him."
"Don't blame yourself," Alice said, while hugging him.
"I will, I know him from when we were children he was always active, fun, but I haven't talked with him too much, as I hide my background," he said, and when he sat, he added, "the first strike for him, come when he lost his mother, later this contusion which changed his life and then dies of his grandparents. Last two in less than a year it probably hit him a lot."
"Oh," I said while looking at him, as he wanted to say something more about Joe, but he stopped at one point.
"If I have known about it, but that time, I had pressure to be first, when he dropped one year as always I lose with him in all tests, he is genius," he said after a few seconds of quiet, and when he shakes his head, he looked at me, and said, "you found great assistant."
"Yea," I said, and when now I looked at him, Alice said "nothing."
"Let me see," he said, and when he takes the phone from Alice, he started looking at it while I could see that his expression changed.
