As I was waiting, I looked at Angela, and then at one point, I could hear the cry. When I looked at the doors, Alice had shown up. When she looked at me she said, "oh Meg."
"Go to your office. Take care of Adam and then do your work," I said, and when she nodded, she added, "ok. Angela comes to help me."
"Ok," Angela said, and when she grabbed the bed with Adam, they walked away. While seeing it, I smiled, and then I come back to reading and listening to what everyone had said. When this was happening, my phone rang. When I answered, I said, "yes."
"Megan," mom's voice comes.
"I know. I am in company," I said.
"Great. I will ask to Harry to end here and come back as fast as possible," mom said.
"I will handle it on my own. So don't worry about this," I said, and when she said nothing for some time, she added, "Angela is."
"In company. Alice needs her help," I said.
"You took her," mom said.
