After coming there, I looked at Megan, and now I know I can't overwork myself. When I looked at her, she smiled, and then we started stretching. While doing it, I could feel that something cracked in my knee. When I looked at it and sat on the ground, Megan said, "what happened."
"Knee," I said, and when I started massaging it she looked at me, and then I said, "nothing happened."
"Ok," she said while still looking at me. When she was doing it, I got up at one point, and then I come back to stretching. While doing it now, I know I can't do any exercises on my legs, so my chest has come. While knowing it, I looked at Megan, and then I said, "do what you want. I will be there," while pointing to one side of the gym. After hearing me, she nodded, and then I walked there. While seeing what each machine is, I started working on it.
