Shooting is the fundamentally base in basketball. To be better basketball player we have to rely on shooting lot more than anything.
There are many shooting forms and it goes with ages due to the strength. Some of the shooting forms are given below based on age stage.
AGE < 6
1. Hold the ball with two hands,
2. Take the ball low,
3. Bend your knees,
4. Bend your back front,
5. Take your strength from bend knees and back.
6. Aim inside the margin on the back board.
7. And throw the ball.
AGE >10 <16
1. Hold the ball in W-shape made by thumb,
2. Take the ball low,
3. Bend your knees,
4. Bend your back slightly forward,
5. Pull the ball above shoulders,
6. The ball be 90% adjacent to your parpenduclar face,
7. The ball should lie straight to your neck,
8. Jump and force the ball slopely forward.
9. Make your thumbs spin the ball
10. And release the ball.
Ages >16
1. Hold the ball in T-shape by your thumbs,
2. Make your powered-hand to hold front,
3. Make your weak hands to hold the side,
4. Take the ball from low,
5. Bend your knees and back forward,
6. Raise the ball above your eyelid,
7. Jump and let your powered-hand to spin the ball,
8. Aim the rim with the help of your weak hand, and release the ball.
Basically there is no good shooting form. See have to create our own shooting form to score basket endlessly. See have to make shoot up to more than 200 shots per day to improve our shooting forms and scoring points.
