The calm Luffy looked at the pinkette, asked her about his friend, "So why are you both here?"
"Oh! Ehehe we're actually stowaway.....from your ship, we actually needed to hide for a bit...because some big-shot pirates were in Loguetown, Marc might be a bounty hunter but he wasn't suicidal at best... Well, most of the time... He's too cautious for his own good too..." Zoey replied to the rubber man, although she wasn't sure if her friend isn't suicidal..... 'Let's hope for the best!!' the pinkette thought resigning to her faith that Marc is really an idiot.
"Ah! That's really bad, so what's your plan?" the rubber man half-heartedly commented, a valid proof that he forgot that it was him who caused the scene.
"uhmm---" before the pinkette could reply, Nami pointed out Luffy's fault furiously.
"You're at fault for that idiot!" *bonk*The navigator chop her hand at his captain's head, praying at the inside it might cause some enough damage to actually start his brain to work..... A fruitless endeavor...
"Ohoo then it means he's strong right? What can he do??"
"Well, He's a Magician--" she can't even finish her sentence when Luffy started making a racket.
"AH!! HE'S A MAGICIAN?! THAT'S SO COOL!! LET'S RECRUIT HIM!!" stars shinning at his eyes but before he could run and look for him, the navigator once again became agitated at her captain.
"YOU IDIOT! DON'T RECRUIT EVERYONE THAT'S WEIRDER THAN THE NEXT!!" Nami shouted at Luffy, pointing in Zoey's direction since Marc is nowhere to be seen.
"BUT A MAGICIAN!!" Luffy but all protested like a child, which is whining.
Zoey started laughing at the two, they're now walking slowly to the place where the last fight of the magician and Mr. 5 takes place. They're not worried about the situation, after all, Zoro is strong and from what the captain and the navigator heard about the deal and helping them, they both concluded that Marc is also strong enough not to get killed.
Then Nami asked the girl, "What about you? What's your ability??"
The rubber man looked at her with stars in his eyes, maybe expecting she could transform, fly, or shoot laser beams. Too bad she can't do any of that.
The pinkette just smiles and scratch her head "Well... Uh... How should I explain this... If... getting blessed by a God would be one then yes, bu--"
"A GOD?!" the navigator is gobsmacked, staring at Zoey.
"JOIN MY CREW!!" Luffy suddenly shouted at her face, which made her flinch from the intensity of the rubber man's voice.
"WAIT A DAMN MINUTE YOU DINGUS!" *BONK* and thus there's another hill on top of another hill... With a punch that sends his captain to his face planting in the ground, they stop walking and started questioning the girl.
"What do you mean by blessed by God?" the orange-haired girl asks, curiosity for the pinkette.
"Well I and Marc are actually.....reborn, we're from another world--" Zoey got interrupted mid-sentence once again, 'Is it just me, or I could see a pattern here?' she thought to herself.
"OHHHHH YOU'RE FROM ANOTHER WORLD?!" Luffy is once again hopeful that she could shoot a laser beam.
"SHUTUP!!" Nami shouted at his captain and looked calmly back at the pinkette, "Continue"
"Like I said we were from another world" she looked at the navigator, nervousness is clear on her face, not really expecting them to believe her, after all, reincarnation is really hard to explain and those who died can't say anything to the living unless they like those boards with glasses to talk to a spirit... 'THE HELL AUTHOR CAN'T YOU BE MORE CREATIVE THAN THIS?! SERIOUSLY? SOFT SPOKEN AND LAZY?? I AIN'T GOING MARY SUE?!'

She inhales and exhales her worries, it calms her down a bit. "Both of us were killed by a virus that started for a world apocalypse, unfortunately, Marc and I were killed by the infected, so when we died we got chosen randomly to live once again and got blessed by a God or an entity that could be one...He sends us here for what? That I don't know, maybe for a new beginning... That's just my guess. " the pinkette while sighing at the end, 'Am I making the right choice by being honest? I'm not as scheming as my sisters in my last life!! Heck I can't even cover my ass from my brother's pranks! TO HELL WITH YOU AUTHOR!!', exhausted that she needs to run, talk for this long, and gets interrupted, stressing over life choices, dear ghad, she might thought she's having a MID-LIFE crisis at the age of 16!! But held it in, she gotta do this.
"Alright I understand that part already, but how do you expect us to trust your words? I mean it sounds more like a lie than the truth itself" Nami said while crossing her arms over her chest. Half believing the girl but still very much suspicious.
The girl smiled and said, "I quote from the most famous Detective from my world < if you eliminate the impossible whatever remains however improbable must be the solution >, think about it, my friend's power is not something this world made possible, and my blessing is similar to a devil fruit but I can swim!" although she can only float, it still counts. And her answer might be bullshittery even for her ears but this might save her ass. Anything that could help her breathe one more day is welcomed.
The navigator is conflicted but without proper evidence, she can't say she's lying, then something struck her, if she needed proof then she'll get them, "...Sure I believe you for now, but what's your blessing, as you called it? "
"Absolute luck, protected and safe throughout" was her reply, the navigator felt like she was making fun of, her smile might be sweet but it's really really scary, the pinkette didn't notice because she's a nervous wreck herself at the moment so when the navigator raged at her, the Pinkette just looked dazed, "REALLY HUH?! THEN GIVE ME SOME PROOF OF THAT CLAIM!"

The girl just looked at the navigator calmly and point to a random house "That house got some more money than the other houses"
Nami looked at where she's pointing and the house is just like any other house, but with her head thinking she would expose her lies she sauntered off, when she gets back, the bag she's holding is triple what they got combined.
Zoey just smiled at the orange-haired girl "Sooo....? How was it??"
"Sister you're A GODSEND!!" and she flung herself to the pinkette clearly happy about the money she gets, "It means that absolute luck is no matter what you're lucky right?!" Nami asked the girl with a large smile on her face.
"Boooo! Can't shoot laser beams!" Luffy with a pout said, turning away from the two.
"CRAM IT! HER LUCK IS NEEDED THAN YOUR LASER BEAMS!! MAKE YOURSELF USEFUL AND CARRY THESE!!", with that said Nami shoves her massive bag at the captain.
The trio finally found the other crewmates, and the fight is already over, Sanji and Zoro were.... fighting with one other.
"HOW DARE YOU MOSS HEAD TO LAY A FINGER ON A LADY?!"
"SHOVE IT CRAP COOK! SHE WAS TRYING TO PUMMEL OUR CREWMATE'S HEAD!"
"THAT'S NOT ENOUGH REASON!!"
Marc wasn't in the line of fire of the cook because he used [bind] and [sleep] to Ms. Valentines and Mr 5, Princess Vivi was trying to prop up Igaram when the crew is finally settled, Nami started questioning Igaram,
"How can you be here? You were laying face down at the road where we left you?" Nami questioned the man with confusion and curiosity.
"Ah, that? I was suddenly enveh- *cough* ma-ma-ma~ enveloped, by a bright light, and what I saw next was me standing in front of the Princess"
Luffy got stars in his eyes when the curly hair said he was enveloped by a bright light, "OHHH AWESOME!! SO YOU WENT TO HEAVEN!"
"THAT'S NOT IT DUMBASS!!" Usopp and Nami yelled at his captain.
"Hahaha he didn't get to heaven, I teleported him from there to here, Princess Vivi was worried so.." with a small smile he informed the rubber man, but the man only heard "I teleported him" thus, the captain without any surprise yelled at his face "YOU'RE THE MAGICIAN! JOIN MY CREW!!" than before Marc could reply, Luffy told everyone his another kind of crewmate he wanted to join and that's..... "We need a musician next!"
"NO WE DON'T!" the strawhat crewmembers all but shout at their captain. While the said rubbery man isn't listening at all.
Igaram made a proposition, Zoey and Marc were worried about, the former because she got a clue and the latter of what he is trying to do and the latter for changing the flow of events.
"Haha curly hair, what you're doing is funny!"
"Idiot after idiot...", the poor navigator is very close to snapping and on the verge of depression.
"Please listen, Princess Vivi, the news about us being spies will be spread out soon, faster than anticipated because we subdued Ms. Valentines and Mr 5, you know what will happen afterward.. "
"Getting chased by millions..."
"Urk?!"
As time goes by Marc's memory is jostling awake, and so does the details of the Alabasta arc, but after a few minutes he just didn't think about it anymore, what's important is the present and that's making sure everything will be fine, screw the canon of the story, he'll do what he'll plan on doing and that's living his life.
"I'll promise, I'll beh- ma-ma-ma~ back, Princess, please escape with due haste!"
The Princess just nod at her servant's determination to keep her safe, so they look on while Igaram pose as Vivi set sail. While the two are having some farewell conversations...
"Man...I never saw that kind of horror in my life" the cook said, blowing some smoke while he looks at Igaram posing as Vivi. He turns to the black-haired helper, thinking of thanking the man for some tack of not injuring women, unlike a certain moss head.
When he gets where he is, his back was facing Sanji, clearly whoever he is talking to is smaller than him, he didn't thought much and call for his attention "Hey man! Thanks for not hitting a lady--" but suddenly stop, looking behind the man, he saw....a beautiful lady with pastel pink hair flowing down to her back and stopped at her waist, her eyes are vibrant green, her face is really really delicate, like a fragile flower, her tracksuit no matter how shitty, is terribly beautiful in his eyes...
"No problem, I just thought it'll be much easier to let her sleep than further the argument between you and Zoro....what's wrong??" Marc suddenly ask when he saw Sanji not responding to him and just looking at Zoey, and that's where the tornado of love started
Sanji pushed aside the guy and stand in front of the girl, "Mademoiselle, may I know your name??" while kneeling on one knee, with heart in his eyes.
"Uhh--Is this normal?" instead of answering the blonde, she turns to the navigator who was sighing, her right hand in her forehead clearly tired from all the idiocy the crew is doing.
Before she could answer a thundering *BOOM* resounded in the night, they all look at where it came from and saw the boat where the decoy should have been, is now in a sea of flames, Ingram was nowhere to be found. The Princess is standing there, eyes horrified and lips drawing some blood from the excessive force of the bite she's doing.
"What the hell?!"
"He even didn't get too far!"
"Those bastards are gonna pay! I like that curly hair guy!!"
"L-let's go to the Merry.."
"I agree, let's run away now! We got a deal to fulfill"
With that everyone but one ran to the Merry, Zoey looked back and saw Princess Vivi is standing there, she probably didn't hear what the others were talking about.
"Hey...Let's go.....the others are waiting.." Zoey said softly to the girl. Zoey remembered in her past life, she was sure that Igaram was in the palace while everyone was celebrating tho, but then again she's not sure. Nami saw them both and stop running towards the ship, concerned for the money-- princess, yes, certainly concerned for the royal.
".....Carue...I need to find Carue..."
"Oh, he's probably in the Merry.." she said without any hint of uncertainty, the princess just looked at her, mostly confused at a bit shocked.
"How..?"
"We'll tell you later, come on let's go"
And with that, they finally board the ship and true to her words, the duck was actually there, Marc made a wave of small spell [scan], and saw the duck hiding in the place where they were first hiding.
"Carue! I almost thought you wouldn't make it! I'm so happy to see you alive.."
"Quack!"
"Alright, explain to us what we're dealing with, although the finalization of my deal with Igaaram to her princess isn't finished, things just got personal so I'll let it slide this time, who is this Baroque Works you talk about?"
When the words "let is slide" the sniper, swordsman and the rubber captain looked horrified for a bit, then Luffy who didn't know about the deal got confused.
"Deal? What deal? Princess who?"
"Aren't you paying attention? Vivi is the Princess, we've been calling her princess the entire time, Vivi is the one Igaaram is trying to protect, he wanted us to safely send her back home" Zoro explained, granted with some grumbling but it works.
"Let's do it, I really like that pops" Luffy stated and pissed off whenever he remembered Igaram got killed.
"Those who in favor say aye!" Zoey suddenly exclaims, raising her right hand in the air.
"Aye!" the resounding voices of the crew and the two unofficial members were heard by the Princess. And by how serious everyone is no one bothered thinking why the pinkette is the one who initiated it.
After a bit, Princess Vivi started explaining who is this Baroque Works that she infiltrated. "Baroque Works. It is a dangerous crime syndicate, that has a connection to a wide range of people"
"Great! A dangerous syndicate! Nice going!!" Usopp is once again panicking.
"We need the information to help so spill it!" Nami irritated by the vague information she's getting.
"...Do you know, the Kingdom of Alabasta?"
"Not a clue"
"Nope"
"Is that food?"
"... I do"
Everyone looked at Marc, the boy just sighed and explained, "Alabasta is a desert kingdom, it's a very safe place and people prosper there, even in the land of nothing but sand, the common folks are happy and satisfied, the safest country you can land on"
"Annnnd how you know that?" the long nose sniper made a suspicious glance at him, so does the cook.
"Ah! Hear this! Hear this! They both come to another world!! They flew down!" Luffy interjected, explaining the two extra's situation.
"Another world?!" Usopp's eyes were wide with shock.
"That's absurd!" the Princess was also in denial. Probably forgetting the fact people from ancient times before the void century, people did go to the moon to live there.
"QUACK!!" even the duck is suspicious.
"NO!! THEY DON'T FLEW DOWN!" shouted the navigator to his captain, she turns her head away from him and sighs. An incoming migraine is not welcome but had no choice.
"And you believe this...?" The sniper was really really skeptical at this point.
"Now I know why your beauty is out of this world," said the love cook while looking at Zoey.
"Cram it, shitty cook, they were born here, means her looks is normal in our world"
"Shutup you stupid marimo! I ain't asking your opinion!!"
"WHAT DID YA SAY, CRAP-COOK?!"
"CRAM IT!!" *bonk*bonk* Nami was definitely fed up. The blonde and the green-head are spouting an identical lump in their head, provided by the navigator, with a sigh she responds to Usopp. "It's not like I have any other choice, his ability, and this girl's luck is....for the matter out of this world quite literally..."
"I can vouch for Marc, I saw his ability in closed range, but what about the girl?" The swordsman grumbled his response to their navigator, Luffy, as usual convincing the two extra to join his crew, stars in his eyes and persistence you can't just match up. But another voice which is louder than Luffy came, along with a fierce kick.
"DON'T EVER QUESTION THE LADY!!"
"SHUTUP CURLY BROWS!"
"KNOCK IT OFF!" and the two clicked their tongues and look away from each other, before the Zoro could say anything about Zoey and start another fight with Sanji, the navigator responded.
"You see those bags of money there?" She asked while pointing at the bags of money and loot that's on still the deck of Merry "She pointed out all of that randomly, and the biggest bag is when she said it had the biggest loot we can find! And that's before checking out the house itself!!"
"Wo-Woah...That's kinda awesome..." Usopp by now is convinced but still a bit skeptical about the situation.
"Anyway let's talk about Vivi and Alabasta, we're deviating from the important topic, shut up you two dolt!" she shouted the last part to the two morons, then everyone turns their head at the Princess.
"Yes, what Mr. Marc saying is true about Alabasta, but it
"When you say was.."
"That was before,.....and the goal of the organization was to take over Alabasta! That's why I need to head back... to stop the fighting! stop the rebellion that was actually planned by Baroque Works! If I don't... If I don't... !" Vivi was shaking at this point, half grief and half in her royal fury. Thinking about her kingdom and the well-being of her subject, a truly magnificent royal.
"I see, now everything connects...sheez.....this deal is harder than I thought it would be... There's no money during a civil war huh?", the poor navigator just sighed her worry, she really can't demand payment with a kingdom at stake now.
Luffy then looked at the blue-haired princess, mild curiosity and half-serious expression, "Hey"
"Huh?" Princess Vivi looked up, her arms still hugging the huge duck.
"Who was pulling the strings?", after the question was asked there seems to be a pregnant silence, and then...
"TH-THE BOSS'S IDENTITY?! YOU SHOULDN'T ASK THAT!"
"But you know right?"
"DON'T ASK ME THAT! YOUR LIVES WILL BE IN DANGER TOO!"
"haha then don't say it, our deal with Igaram was to keep you safe till Alabasta! Don't need to say anything!" Nami was very very nervous, and very much stressed out already.
"They're obviously dangerous and powerful to pull that off.." Marc said under his breath but it's still loud enough for the princess to hear.
"Yes, that's true! No matter how strong you are you won't stand a chance to one of the Seven Warlords of the sea! Crocodile!" there seems to be an echo on the word crocodile...

The whole crew is now paling as the seconds ticked by...
"You just did..." Marc and Zoro said at the same time.
"A-a-a warlord?!" the sniper fainted, dead away to the world, escaping reality, bless the poor soul.
Then a bird and an otter found themselves perch on the railing of Merry, the otter having a sketchbook on their pad with great artistic abilities, it really captures everyone's faces...
"Wow, that's a very realistic drawing you got there" a slow clap from Zoey while saying her praise, the otter got shy and draw her next but with filter-like flair, the otter ripped it from the sketchbook and present it to her, giving her the portrait. She accepted it and smile, the otter then scratched his head, while looking down.
One second passed...
Two seconds passed...
Three seconds passed...
"THE HELL?! NOW THERE'S NOWHERE TO GO?!" Nami all but shout in her despair.
And the vulture flies away with the otter on his back, before the duo could fly away, Marc aim at them, with a squawk and a splash all of them heave a sigh of relief...
"WHO WERE THAT OTTER AND VULTURE! WHY DID YOU TELL US?!" Nami shakes the princess to oblivion, the royal can't do anything to the navigator, after all, she really didn't plan for it. just one hell of a slip of the tongue. "I-I'm sorry it-it just spilled out.."
"Oh! A warlord!" Luffy didn't mind the slip-up, it seems he likes the idea of clashing with a warlord. The same goes for the swordsman. "Sounds interesting.."
"SHUTUP!! YOU IDIOTS!!" Nami once again in a fit of rage shouts her heart out, in the end, just sits in a corner to contemplate life and curse her fate to the God's above.
"Hmm...so he's the reason for our Princess's distress huh?" The blonde cook just lit another cigarette and blew the smoke out. The two extras, wisely lean in one of the railings and let them panic, it's not like they don't want to help them calm down, but they don't have the power to cure idiocy, even the soon-to-be-reindeer doctor doesn't have that ability much less two ignorant humans.
"Hmm...does it matter? this barbecue worm is the one who hurt the good curly hair" Luffy although calmed down in respect to Vivi's explanation is still without a doubt, angry at what happened to Igaram. Suddenly a female voice was heard and it wasn't familiar to all but three.
"Oh my... So you're planning to defeat a warlord?" The whole crew, a princess, and two extra gazes at where the voice came from. Lo and behold an attractive woman with a cowboy hat shadowing her features, an outfit that could drive any man wild, but as of the moment. All the men present on the ship are on guard, not even swooning at her beautiful sight.
".....Who's that Pokémon?" Zoey chirped behind them all, maybe because of the adrenaline of the night or her mind finally goes mental...
"Wrong anime Zoey..."
"...Either way, I want to sleep..." she yawn big time and freaking proud of it.
