Thomas fist carrying the power of the Adamantine Whirlwind seals hit Nana's sister in the stomach.
Bang!
The ground surrounding them shook before immediately turning to dust. Before they fell, Thomas felt the large body in front of him groaning in pain as it swiftly shrunk.
"Graaa"
At the last moments of consciousness, the lioness fierce eyes focused on the young man in front of it then as last resort, it's big head suddenly went downwards and bit on Thomas' shoulder.
'Huh... huk..." Feeling the immediate pain, Thomas brought his hands to the lioness by the head who did already lost consciousness to his last attack.
Pushing the lioness away from his shoulder, Thomas stared at the huge scar left in his shoulder which already showed signs of healing.
At this point his blood was still boiling and a firm killing intent surfaced on his eyes. if not for trying his best and if it wasn't for him not delving in carnage and blood, it would be difficult to keep his mind sane for this long.
Thanks his increased status as well his sunlight demon form, his healing abilities were exponentially higher than both beasts and humans. Not to mention the passive Aura of Vitality, since his level increased, the effects of this ability turned even stronger to the point his mere present would affect others in a 100m range and heal small injuries.
After putting the lioness down in a improvised bed he brought out his spatial storage, Thomas went to have a new change of clothes himself since he could barely be counted dressed with the rags he currently wore.
Thinking back to these past few moments, the power the second young miss just showed was greater than even the demon prince. Well, it wasn't a power one could control but it certainly she had been most formidable opponent he faced until now.
Because of the three suns or at least it was what looked like, it was rarely dark at night except for some special days.
His own sunlight form worked much better in here as his demonic energy had grown in density and all of his abilities that required sunlight energy would show greater power than in mars. If it wasn't for this, he would probably not be able to win.
As soon Thomas changed clothes, he got back only to find the something was happening to the young beast. "Huh?"
The beast had sprinkled into a thin lion cub as treads of red aura, blood as well some orange-purple dots were being revolving across every cell in her body so fast being almost impossible to see with his eyes as everything down to her DNA was being rewritten.
The scent of medicine got stronger as changes finally started taking place. Traces of his blood left on her mouth as she spat a mouthful of purple/orange dust.
All the internal energy of a beast was slowly being converted into a mist-like energy similar to his own...
'Demonic Energy!'
Before his very eyes, he watched the as the young beast screamed in pain. Slowly the two frontal paws extended into a pair of fair and smooth hands, then the legs started to take a more humanoid shape
Before long a brown-haired human girl slightly older than his age was laying on the bed, without any clothes. From the accentuated curves of body to the smooth light-yellow skin... It was hard to believe such a beautiful woman would have been transformed from a small young lioness.
Thomas closed his eyes before recovering from the shock, now his face looking pretty calm. It was certain such a sight would provoke quite the harm to a health boy his age, but luckily his experiences with the system proved worth as the mere sight of naked woman wasn't enough to around him anymore.
If there was one thing that was helpful about all of this was that after observing the entire process. He came to relies the demons were more complex than he believed, upon contact with the baleful aura a normal beast was able to transform into a demon.
Thinking of this, Thomas recalled the demonic beasts that had been sighted on human territory. Just like the ten thousand tribes, the demonic beasts had a similar hierarchy where the low rank demonic beast that appeared on earth served the Sonad Family while the few strong ones kept quiet at the inner regions of A-city ruins and living there without doing much to humanity as a whole.
This showed they were smarter than the ones living at the edge of the ruins that simply attacked anything they spotted.
The same could be said of the gray demons, not pertaining to any lineage, the gray demons were no different from humans expect for their increased brute strength and physical abilities.
Maybe these demons aren't a species per se but a higher state of evolution? If so why is the demonic factor, these instincts taking the minds and demons and making them go mad? What about his own, as soon he awakened the special physique his body started showing traces of demonization.
At this point if he did a test on his DNA, it certainly wouldn't show him as a pure human anymore. Maybe it's not just beasts but anyone could possibly become a demon as long certain requirements were fulfilled.
No, this wasn't certain. While it would be possible to become a Mera, it was clear from Kez's memories Meras and Demons were very different so it couldn't be that simple. As long he could find exactly what is that red aura and it's characterizes, maybe it would become easier to solve his problem
