Within a tall cylinder of thick glass, filled with a greenish-blue flowing water, within this cylinder, a small child floated in upright fetal position, with long blue hair flowing in the water, he slightly peers through the glass, everything a blur, one hand stretched to press against the glass from the inside, the gurgle of the bubbles drifting upwards was the sound loudest, a voice muffled by the water surrounding the child prevented him from hearing what was being said to him, his feet inclined downward, posturing himself upright, he looks around, the person beyond the glass seemed ecstatic, a loud sound and hissing are heard, the water appeared to be descending and the child for the first time, made contact with the surface of the ground, though unable to stand up, he simply perched on the floor, in front of him, a metallic shutter lifts up, a cloud of steam leaves the cylinder he was encased in, on the other side, four silhouettes were visible from the opening, he child crawled out and is greeted by two males, they each crouched down to his level, one pats him on the head, his pats made a squishing noise as he was still covered in the liquid, with mild disgust he wiped it off on his coat, the other took the child's hand and simply said "remarkable!" in an elated tone. The other male nudged the one still crouched admiring the child "Enough Cornelius, we have to start testing him." this snapped him out of his elation, he got back up and nodded.
"Back then, there was so much I did not understand, why was I there? What was I supposed to do? It all seemed alien to me... those tests..."
A camera started rolling, the child was within a containment made of glass, Cornelius walked over and introduced himself to the camera.
