Most students were already gone from school by now, but not the current officers of the Student Council office last school year.
More than often, they always stay up this late and turn their office more as their hangout place rather than their workplace and do all their administrative tasks.
But instead, most of those tasks that should be done equally by all officers are merely passed on to the secretary and her friend student council officer as well while the rest of them enjoy the company of their drinks and chitchat all they can.
However, if the situation requires it, Student Council officers also gather here till seven in the evening whenever school events are upcoming so they need to stay up late to prepare for it.
