Neither Hayashi Sakura nor Mori Ken chose to talk after what the latter did just a few seconds ago. Thankfully though, it was the exact moment Mr. Imai entered the hospital suite with two small boxes clutched on both hands, which, Sakura assumed, were supposed to contain the breakfast that Mori Ken had mentioned to her earlier.
Upon pushing the door open, Mr. Imai had immediately this tense and awkward atmosphere filling in the air inside the room that made her wonder regarding the events that took place before his arrival with a deadpan expression all across his face.
Nonetheless, the butler's lips were then stretched into a small smile as he faced his young master this morning.
"I'm sorry if I have arrived late, young master," Mr. Imai quickly bowed his head down and apologized for his tardiness but Ken only dismissed him with a wave in his hand.
