The moment Mori Ken left them and went out of the bus, Yamaguchi Alan can't help but feel insecure knowing that the former knows so much about the girl that he likes. It just crossed his mind that he still doesn't know that much about Sakura even though they are often seeing each other at the apartment.
Just now, Alan doesn't know anything about Sakura's motion sickness. If he had, Alan might have reminded her to drink her medicine before heading out of her room.
