Chi Mingwei walked out of the house with his briefcase between his legs and witnessed Quan Jue hugging Chi Jiao and whispering into her ear with his head lowered.
He felt a buzz in his head in an instant as if something had exploded.
"What are you two doing?!" He roared furiously.
When Chi Jiao heard her father's voice, she immediately pushed Quan Jue aside. She turned around with a red face and blinked her misty eyes at him. "Daddy, you scared me."
Chi Mingwei was silent.
Who was scaring whom?
Quan Jue looked at Chi Mingwei with a calm expression.
He didn't look like he had done anything wrong.
Chi Mingwei felt that Quan Jue's expression was asking for a beating. He really wanted to beat him up.
However, he had only shouted earlier and Jiaojiao already said that she was shocked. If he really hit Quan Jue, she would definitely cry.
With that thought in mind, Chi Mingwei huffed at Quan Jue.
